DARIAH-EU VCC2 meeting - Understanding scholarly practices

A meeting under DARIAH-EU project, especially under VCC2 task, whose leader is the Digital Curation Unit, will be held in Athens in February 19-20, 2014.

The purpose of the first day of the meeting is to take stock and advance the overall work on the scholarly practices, to share initial descriptions (“case studies”) of selected digital humanities projects from different countries, agree on a template for their publication as part of Task 2 outcomes and to make progress on other aspects of Task 2 work.

On the second day, a digital scholarly methods modeling workshop will be taken place in with the aim of introducing the methodology and working on the selection, definition and documentation of a small number of scholarly methods, on the basis of examples and background information contributed by participants.
